The IFS-4 puts storage, filtration and dispensing into one steel cabinet — and gives every one of its four tanks its own pump and its own filter. No shared plumbing anywhere in the system, so four fluids cannot cross-contaminate even by accident.
The IFS-4 is a Lubrigard design, manufactured in-house and shipped completely assembled with ESA-approved electrics. It is not a re-badged catalogue item and it is not available from anyone else — which also means the tank count, the plumbing and the layout are ours to change.
Most multi-fluid systems economise somewhere — one pump feeding several tanks through a manifold, or one filter doing duty for everything on board. It works until the day a valve is left in the wrong position, and then a hydraulic reservoir has gear oil in it and nobody can say exactly when it happened.
The IFS-4 removes the possibility. Four tanks, four pumps, four filters, four dispense valves, four suction hoses. Nothing downstream of a tank is ever touched by another fluid, so cross-contamination is not a procedure to be followed carefully — it is simply not something the machine can do.
Everything else follows from that: a dedicated start/stop control per pump on the front panel, a remote LED level gauge per tank where an operator can actually see it, and a visual condition indicator on every filter so a blocked element is obvious rather than inferred.
Each tank has a two-position, quarter-turn directional flow control valve. One position sends oil to the dispense valves; the other sends it back to the on-board tank, which is how the system fills and how it circulates.
Draw from a drum or reservoir through that tank’s own suction hose and quick coupler, filtering on the way in.
Turn the valve to the tank and run the pump to polish the oil in storage through its dedicated filter.
Turn the valve to the dispense side and use the spring-return valve at the station. Release it and flow stops.
Remote LED level gauges and per-filter condition indicators sit on the front, visible while filling or dispensing.

Above ISO 320 oil at 20 °C, lower-speed pumps delivering 1.5–2 GPM are required to stop the pumps cavitating the oil. A drum adaptor kit is not included. Shipping crate, freight and taxes extra.
