The Oil Transfer Container is the first best-practice solution that fully isolates lubricant from airborne contamination and moisture during transfer and small-volume storage. Sealed dispensing and pump lids, optional desiccant or non-desiccant breathers, and 1/2″ ISO B quick-connect ports replace open funnels and exposed jugs with a closed-loop system.

A precision trigger mechanism with locking detent gives you variable flow control and prevents drips, while a specially designed spring and o-ring assembly keeps lubricants sealed until the trigger is engaged. Square HDPE containers store roughly 27% more volume per square foot than round jugs, freeing up valuable lube-room real estate.

Cross-contamination is prevented through an eleven-color-coding system applied across the interchangeable spouts, pump caps, and collar rings — the only color-coded components in the system — so a single base container can serve any lubricant in your plant with a quick component swap.
