The Des-Case Flowguard Filter Cart is a rugged, portable offline filtration system built for mineral-based industrial fluids and most synthetic oils — ideal for decontaminating, flushing, transferring and topping off in real plant conditions.
The Des-Case Flowguard Filter Cart delivers dual-stage offline filtration for mineral-based industrial oils and most synthetic oils, handling viscosities up to ISO VG 680 (3000 ssu / 648 cSt at 100°F) across ambient temperatures from -15°F to 150°F (-26°C to 66°C).
A heavy-duty carbon-steel frame with integrated oil catch pan, industrial powder-coated paint and pneumatic wheels make the cart genuinely portable. Standard equipment includes an automatic pressure relief valve, 12′ hose assemblies with quick-connect options and a filter change indicator that pops at 22 psid as a clear visual warning that elements need to be replaced.
Every cart is highly configurable — choose your flow rate, motor type (electric or pneumatic, 60 Hz or 50 Hz), connector style, micron rating for each filter stage, manual bypass, sample valves, cord length, optional Y-strainer and frame color — so the cart matches your reservoir, fluid and contamination targets, not the other way around.
