SPECIFICATIONS
- Four, 120-Gal aluminized steel, rectangular containers with 1-1/2-in bottom flanges, shielded DURAN glass sight gauges, and top-mounted desiccant breathers
- Three of the containers are powder-coated in black and joined to a common fill port with a ball valve. This stack employs a 5:1 pneumatic reciprocating with a filter-regulator, ball valve, and 10-micron spin-on filter to dispense oil through a 3/8in hose on a 50-ft retractable reel mounted to the right side of the storage rack.
- The fourth container is powder-coated in blue and joined to a fill port with a ball valve via corrugated stainless-steel hose. This container employs an AODD pump to dispense coolant through a 3/8in hose on a 50-ft retractable reel mounted to the left side of the storage rack.
- Three, 32in deep x 84in tall Upright Frames made of 14ga, enameled steel
- Two, 70in wide Crossbeams rated for 3,200lbs per pair, and two, 28in wide Crossbeams rated for 9,000lbs per pair.
- One, 70in wide and one, 28in wide Drip Pan each with 2x2in Wire Mesh and 3/4in NPT Drain
- One, 70in wide and one, 28in wide Channel Beam to support Valve Arrangements
- Two, suction hose assemblies with two pairs of mounting clips
- One, 4-Section Spill Containment Pan, each Section measuring 30in Wide x 50in Long x 7in High, with Overfill Piping to connect each Section together as one unit capable of holding 180 gallons of fluid
- Containment Pan brackets to mount unit to the floor and turnbuckles to attach upright racks
