A platform cart carries the oil as well as the filtration — a poly tank on a steel platform with drip pan, pump and utility tray. Fill it at bulk storage, filter on the way in, and wheel a clean supply out to wherever it is needed. Four tank configurations from 32 to 115 gallons.
Bulk oil is cheaper per litre, but it is stored in one place and needed in many. The gap between the two is where contamination gets in — every open container, every funnel, every partly-used drum left standing.
A platform cart closes it by carrying the supply and the filtration together. The tank rides on a carbon steel platform with a drip pan and a utility tray; the pump filters oil going in and coming out. Fill it once at bulk storage and it becomes a clean, mobile supply for a whole shift’s worth of top-ups.
Capacity is the main decision, which is why the range runs from a 32 gallon tank up to 115. The dual-tank build is the exception to think about separately: two independent 32 gallon tanks on one platform, so one cart can deliver two different oils without ever mixing them.

The two series take different elements — different length, thread and pressure rating — so stock to the series you run. Outside Canada the D-Series water-removal element is P1048WR-USA.
Every configuration runs the same pump, motor options and filtration. The tank is what changes — and whether you need one oil on the cart or two.
The manoeuvrable one. Enough for a round of top-ups without becoming difficult to move through a busy plant.
Two independent 32 gallon tanks on one platform — deliver two different oils on a single trip with no risk of cross-contamination.
The middle ground. Roughly a drum and a third, for longer runs between refills without the footprint of the largest tank.
The long-run option, for large reservoirs or routes where returning to bulk storage costs more time than the extra size costs in handling.
On the dual-tank build, a separate pump and motor for the second tank is available on request.
Both series share the platform, tanks, pump, motor options and the standard filtration fit. They differ in the filter heads, the change-out indicator, and weight — and in whether the dual-tank build is available. Note the two series take different element parts: see Element Options.
Medium pressure cast aluminium heads with slide-bar indicators. The only series offering the dual 32 gallon build, so it is the one to specify when a cart has to carry two oils.
Aluminium heads with pop-up indicators that trigger at 50 psid. Around 25 lb lighter than the D-Series, in the three single-tank capacities.

A self-propelled cart on off-road wheels that takes the lube service to the machine — built for equipment you cannot bring back to the shop, in rough terrain and awkward access. Two 30 gallon steel tanks: one of new oil going out, one taking waste oil back.
Because the tanks are modular and removable, the configuration is not fixed — custom designs and applications are available, so tell us what the job looks like. Shipping crate, freight and taxes are extra.
