The Lubrigard Polytank Lubricant Storage System (POD) bundles filtration, segregated storage and desiccant breathing into one footprint — protecting clean oil from contamination before it ever reaches your equipment. Compare all nine standard configurations side by side, find the right capacity, hose and dispensing combination for your shop, and order direct.
The Lubrigard POD combines the three things every lube room needs into one compact, stackable system: clean storage in sturdy poly tanks, filtration on fill, dispense and circulation, and desiccant breathing to keep ambient moisture and particulate out while the oil sits.
Dedicated pumps provide segregated fill and dispense operations, preventing cross-contamination between fluids. Segregated hoses with quick-disconnects make filling and dispensing fast and clean. Every configuration ships with its own spill-containment pan as standard.
Tank sizes range from 70 to 330 gallons. Choose by container count — one, two or three tanks per stand — to match your facility’s mix of fluids: one big bulk lubricant, or three smaller segregated specialty oils.
These are family-level features of the Polytank system, common to all nine configurations. The per-configuration specifications further down are quoted separately, from each product’s own record.
Pre-filter on fill, filter while the oil is in storage, and filter again on dispense — the same fluid path, three chances to clean it.
Separate fill and dispense operations so fluids never share a pump, which is where cross-contamination usually starts.
Quick disconnects on every line, so filling and dispensing stay fast and neither picks up what the other left behind.
Integrated breathers keep particulate and moisture out of the headspace while the oil is sitting in storage.
The POD systems run Donaldson HMK05 filter heads, the same as the IFS-4, so they take Donaldson HMK05/25 spin-on filters. Any of these will fit — choose by how clean the oil needs to be rather than by what came with the unit. A typical build runs a fine element on hydraulic oil and a coarser one on gear oil.
Match the series, not the length. We also stock Donaldson HNK04/05 and HMK04/24 spin-ons, and some are the same 14.25″ as the elements above — but they run different threads (HMK05/25 is 1¾″-12 UNF-2B, HNK04/05 is metric) and will not fit an HMK05 head. The full range, and the Lubrigard elements the portable filtration units take, is on the replacement filters page.

Four 70 gallon tanks, and a dedicated pump and filter on every one of them — no shared plumbing anywhere in the system, so four fluids cannot cross-contaminate even by accident. Storage, filtration and dispensing are built into one steel cabinet with an ergonomic dispensing station at working height.
The directional flow control valves send oil either to the dispense valves or back to the on-board tanks for fill and circulation. Supplied with a full manual and parts list. A drum adaptor kit is not included. Please allow 8 weeks lead time; shipping is extra. Above ISO 320 at 20 °C, lower-speed pumps delivering 1.5–2 GPM are required to stop the pumps cavitating the oil.

An em-dash means the product record does not state that specification — not that the configuration lacks the feature. Values are never carried across from a similar model. Specifications subject to change; custom configurations available on request.
Pump drive follows the part number: air piston is the default, and the EL configurations are the electric-motor builds.
† The short-frame 145 is an exception worth checking: its part number carries no EL, but its specifications list an electric motor setup. Confirm the drive when ordering.
‡ Dual 4 / 11 micron filtration is quoted only on this configuration; the rest of the family that states an element quotes a 5″ × 7″ spin-on.
§ The electric 3 × 70 record still carries the air-piston pump line from its air-drive counterpart. The pump count and ratio are quoted as written; the drive is electric, per the EL in the part number.

Three quick scenarios to help you narrow down the family before you spec the configuration.
Best Fit For
You move significant volume of a single fluid — one hydraulic oil, one motor oil, one gear oil. Maximize stored gallons-per-dollar with the 220 or 330 gal single-tank systems. The Oil Bar build is the most economical 330 if you don’t need the upgraded dispensing handle.
Single Tank Family →Best Fit For
Two distinct oils need to stay strictly apart — e.g. hydraulic and gear, two ISO grades, or new vs. service-fill. Use the matched 2×145 system if usage is roughly even, or the 1×70 + 1×145 if one fluid moves much faster than the other.
Dual Tank Family →Best Fit For
A small lube room handling three fluids with zero cross-contamination — hydraulic, gear, and ATF, or three turbine grades. The 3×70 system gives each fluid its own pump, filter, breather, and dispense line on a single 88″×43″ footprint.
Triple Tank Family →Upgrade When
Standard PODs use 1:1 air pumps that need a continuous compressed-air supply. If your install location lacks plant air — or you don’t want to tie up a compressor — the Electric Motor variants of the 2×145 and 3×70 systems run on standard wall power instead.
See Electric Configurations →Plan For
Every POD shares the same 43″×48″ spill-pan footprint. Heights vary: 1×70+1×145 is 85″, 3×70 is 88″, 2×145 is 106″. Confirm your ceiling clearance and dispense reach before ordering — especially for the 2×145 builds.
Compare Footprints →Not Sure?
Tell us your fluid types, monthly consumption per fluid, available plant air, and floor-space constraints — we’ll come back with the right configuration and a firm quote, including custom builds beyond the 8 standard options.
Talk to a Specialist →Need 4+ tanks, mixed sizes, special hose lengths, hazardous-area pumps, or branding? We build custom POD configurations to spec — send us your requirements.
